This year, Paul Blyth looked after me. It felt like Paul knew straight away I didn't want anyone to waste my time. I was let down by another insurance broker at 5 o'clock on a Monday night with a project mobilizing on the Wednesday morning for which I had to have Rope access insurance for at £10M ELI/PLI.
